CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer

Summary : Responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs and processes for multi-axis parts, ensuring efficient, accurate, and collision-free machining.

Key Responsibilities :

Program new and legacy multi-axis parts (Mill-Turn and 5-Axis).

Design and develop work holding and fixtures.

Use CAD / CAM and machine simulation software to create collision-free code.

Support quoting with manufacturability feedback.

Set up and run CNC mills and lathes as needed.

Drive continuous improvement for machining processes.

Collaborate with peers and manufacturing to resolve technical issues.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years CAD / CAM programming and CNC machining experience.

Strong knowledge of GD&T.

Proficient in CNC machining processes, fixture design, and program optimization.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
