Compensation : $50,000 / year + quarterly commission structure

As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand our reach and build lasting partnerships.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the sales process from prospecting through closing. Success in this role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a dedicated sales territory to strategically grow accounts and drive long-term revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and expand client relationships.
- Monitor client accounts and sales trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or process improvements.
- Develop strategies to enhance long-term client retention and drive increased sales.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Director.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, fulfillment, and operations to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and high client satisfaction.
- Represent Sweetish at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, forecasts, and market trends.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new sales team members to promote a culture of learning and success.
- Continuously improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and client engagement.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales materials as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a sales role or 5+ years in a customer service role with proven sales ability.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Merchandising experience preferred but not required.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed.Why Work at Sweetish
