Quality Manager

Location : Katy, Texas

Division : Central Services

Type : Full Time

Schedule : 8am - 5pm not remote

Salary Range :

Quality Manager

Are you passionate about building a culture of quality, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to take the reins of our Operations Quality Department and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented Quality team to champion excellence across our operations.
  • Be the go-to expert for compliance - ensuring processes meet global Quality System standards and maintaining the integrity of our Certificates of Compliance & Conformity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products with Advanced Product Quality Planning and eliminate nonconforming products.
  • Assess risks, create streamlined processes, and design systems that connect departments and facilities seamlessly.
  • Drive Management Review Meetings, customer return analyses, and serve as the voice of Quality Management for our U.S. business.

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field (required)
  • Experience : 7+ years in manufacturing quality control, with ERP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 expertise; Atex and RoHS experience preferred
  • Leadership : 3+ years of supervisory / managerial experience
  • Certificates / Licenses : None required
