Millions of people live with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), a chronic condition that is often debilitating and under-treated. Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to be a foundational team-member in this mission. In this role, you will join a team of ambitious leaders who believe in a hands-on, collaborative approach to getting things done, even if it's outside our traditional roles. This is an opportunity to not just run campaigns, but to craft a market presence that translates our strategic vision into a powerful, measurable engine. You will guide patients (and referring providers) to sophisticated care and establish Current Clinic as the credible, trusted leader in community electrophysiology.
What you will be doing
You will be a foundational member of our team, responsible for building our marketing function from the ground up. This includes :
- Establish our market presence
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for each new market
- Develop a compelling and informative website
- Activate foundational patient- and provider-facing digital channels and PR to create a strong, credible local presence
- Architect our digital foundation
- Oversee all aspects of our digital footprint, including website content management, content calendars, SEO, paid media, and analytics
- Collaborate with our IT team to leverage and deploy software that creates a compelling digital front door for patients and providers
- Ensure every channel is instrumented for a clear, real-time view of performance
- Lead our brand story
- Craft press releases, secure thought-leadership placements, and coordinate local media outreach
- Keep our brand narrative consistent, human, and impactful across all touchpoints
- Drive performance and insight
- Define simple KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
- Champion a weekly learning loop that drives month-over-month growth in qualified consults
- Uphold our standards
- Safeguard brand integrity and patient trust by adhering to healthcare compliance and privacy
