As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier hotel location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a welcoming presence while supporting security-related operations. Your role involves monitoring access, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and embody Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity, all while contributing to a caring and people-first environment.

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of the location.

Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification, logging visitor information, and assisting with guest inquiries.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communicating with hotel management and emergency services.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or disruptive behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.

Support hotel operations by providing information, directions, and assistance to guests and staff as required.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
