What Would You Do As A Preconstruction Manager?

As a Preconstruction Manager at Journey Construction, you will lead the project team to achieve scope, budget alignment, and schedule alignment from the early preconstruction phase. By taking the lead role in preconstruction team meetings, you will emphasize the importance of effective communication and information sharing throughout the process. Building strong relationships and providing guidance to all stakeholders, including subcontractors, project management, and designers, will be crucial in ensuring an integrated team experience.
