Social Worker (SW) - School - (SW - School)

Pay Rate : $1882.87 - $2063.14

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a City, State school district to hire a qualified Social Worker (SW) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Clinicians will work with students and staff to identify and treat social, emotional, and behavioral issues in a positive and fast-paced setting.

School Social Work (SW) assignments are typically 9 months in length but can vary from 4 to 26 weeks (about 6 months) depending on the contract. School assignments with AMN Healthcare offer a generous benefits package that includes :

    • Required Qualifications

    Social Worker, School

  • Graduate-level degree in Social Work, accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Active Social Work license state of residence
  • 400 of supervised work experience.
  • Clear, articulate communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategies and make referrals for a diverse population
  • 600 hours working in a school setting.
  • Completion of a criminal record and background check

    • Preferred Qualifications

    Hold a registered, valid Illinois Professional Educator License, Type 73 Certificate for School Social Worker.
