Based in Phoenix, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of dedicated HVAC technicians and contribute to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. This role is a key part of our management team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, and will be responsible for the overall success of our HVAC service department.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the HVAC service department, including the scheduling and dispatching of technicians, customer service, quality assurance, and budget management.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and arranging for necessary training or coaching.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, implementing new technologies or methodologies as appropriate to improve service delivery.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC service industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
2. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong customer relationships.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office and HVAC-specific applications.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with customers or team members.
