Job Description :

A Customer Service Representative II / Procurement Help & Training Specialist position responsible for providing advanced customer support, training, and problem resolution while managing invoice processing, vendor relations, and internal department communications.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide advanced customer support and problem resolution
  • Train and mentor other CS staff members
  • Research and reconcile customer accounts
  • Resolve payment delays and disputes
  • Process and track invoices
  • Communicate with procurement, finance, and operations departments
  • Document communications and resolutions
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
  • Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
  • Maintain professional vendor relationships

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in account reconciliation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Professional conflict resolution abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Preferred :

  • Open Invoice experience
  • Training / mentoring experience
  • AP / Procurement experience
  • Experience in vendor relations
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems
  • Experience with account research
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Job Details :

    Location : Spring, TX

    Schedule : Monday-Friday, 40 hour week

    Pay : $32 / hr
