job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in MN, IA Dispatch drivers in accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Track and maintain all equipment, drivers and their hours of service Create and maximize capacity by ensuring use of equipment and driving staff Problem solving before the issues result in service failures Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job Rail billing Empty Returns Chassis pickup and drop locations Other job duties as assigned 2 year degree, Bachelors preferred Transportation / Management experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Proficient in Microsoft office products Computerized dispatch and record keeping Willingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirements Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Tolerance to ambiguity
