The Director of Employee Expierence is the heart of our team! This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for making Sandpiper the BEST place for employees to work!
GENERAL DUTIES
- Ensure all employees have a positive, meaningful, and personalized experience working at Sandpiper
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing
- Knowledge of hiring practices, FMLA, and state / federal regulations
- Education of new staff and long-term staff
- Coordinate staff to meet the facility’s requirements
- Identify work love languages and ensure management team is equipped at understanding the work love languages of their team
- Provide facility tours to newly hired employees
- Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
