Agricultural Lender

We're seeking an Agricultural Lender to join our team. This individual will manage, service, and grow a portfolio of agricultural loans and related services while also promoting the full suite of banking products. The right candidate will combine financial expertise with a passion for serving the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of Ag loans and related services.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with farm and agribusiness clients.
• Provide financial solutions that support clients' goals and long-term success.
• Cross-sell and service additional bank products to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
