LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. This strategic role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.
Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key drivers of performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
Implement and enhance financial systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a mid-to-large size organization.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
