Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification, CT certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a combined radiology department serving diverse patient needs
  • Day shift schedule : Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
  • Performs diagnostic X-Ray and CT procedures using advanced imaging equipment
  • EPIC charting system is used for all documentation
  • Perform radiographic procedures, including patient education, positioning, and immobilization for optimal imaging
  • Operate all X-Ray imaging and related equipment according to established protocols
  • Coordinate examination workflow to ensure quality and timeliness in patient care
  • Strict adherence to radiation safety and infection control policies
  • Supervise and mentor student radiographers during clinical assignments
  • Follow all departmental protocols for preparation, administration of contrast, and equipment maintenance

  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
  • CT certification required
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required and must not expire prior to start
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology required
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system is required
