Hotel Manager

Total Compensation : $80,000 - $95,000 + 15% Bonus

Reporting to the Director of hotel, this position is created for a motivated individual who can be mentored and developed into the Hotel Manager role. What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead the Team with Impact : Mentor and motivate front desk, concierge, PBX, and bell staff to deliver exceptional service and foster a culture of excellence.
• Elevate the Guest Experience : Anticipate needs, resolve issues with care, and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back.
• Run the Operation : Oversee daily hotel performance, set clear objectives, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
• Think Like an Owner : Monitor budgets, review financials, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with marketing and operations leaders to enhance service delivery and promote the hotel's offerings.
• Maintain Excellence : Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and 5-star quality standards.
