A top-10 AmLaw firm is seeking a non-partnership track Associate Attorney with experience in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions to join its Employment Litigation team in one of their California offices . This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated litigator to manage sophisticated matters and provide strategic counsel in a dynamic, fast-paced practice.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing
- 3+ years of substantive labor & employment law experience
- Strong litigation background with demonstrated experience handling class , collective , and representative actions
- Experience providing California employment advice and counseling , including drafting employment and severance agreements , policies , and handbooks
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication and client management skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage wage and hour class , collective , and representative action matters in CaliforniaConduct legal research and draft pleadings , motions , and discovery responsesHandle litigation management tasks , including case strategy and coordination with clients and team membersProvide advice and counseling on California employment law issuesDraft employment agreements, severance agreements, and employee policies and handbooksSupport clients with proactive risk management strategiesWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
