Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Handle all interactions between customers and clients
• Work directly with customers daily in order to guarantee excellent service on the spot and be hands on for any necessary explanations.
• Increasing sales by staying up to date on new services being offered and promotions
• Develop proposals, sales strategies, and presentations that correlate to customer needs and desires
• Manage time in an efficient manner and answer customer questions efficiently
• Attend weekly meetings on product training
• Establish a solid, constructive working relationship to help each other reach goals and increase production
