Job Title and Location

Multi-Site Billing Coordinator

Location : This role is onsite in our office located in Smyrna, GA and will require you to be onsite M-F during normal business hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review completed work orders in the Coins OA system
• Audit and verify quotes, mark-ups, and labor and material cost against work orders
• Work with technicians and District Service Managers to verify questionable charges
• Identify and communicate higher / lower than expected margins to management
• Produce customer invoices timely and accurately
• Reconcile billing data with 3rd party customer work order portals
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues
• Maintain billing schedules and customer profiles to meet customer needs
• Participate in initial new customer set-up meetings
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators, District Service Managers, and the Credit Department to maximize workflow efficiency
• Other duties as required to facilitate the efficient flow of business and utilization of company resources
• Advanced computer skills as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office and other web-based programs
• Strong work ethic is required

• Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing is necessary
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience : High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years work experience in an accounting, customer service and / or dispatch environment supporting customers, vendors and / or clients in multiple locations. Previous HVAC, Service and Repair or Facility Maintenance industry experience a plus.
