ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts scheduled within standard business hours to meet customer demand.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing our sales strategy and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Your daily tasks will include managing store opening and closing procedures, coordinating a team of sales associates and installers, and maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment. You will set and achieve sales targets while addressing customer needs and operational challenges proactively.
