A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support (TSE).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Document interactions and troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
Learn the company's platform and products quickly to provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Good working knowledge of Windows / Mac OS and its components
Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies
Experience with HRIS, CRM, and / or ATS is a plus
BA / BS, AA or equivalent in Technology and / or related fields is a plus
