Real Estate Services Coordinator

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Real Estate Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations in a high-functioning property management office in Pittsburgh, PA . This is a full-time, onsite position operating Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm . This position starts as a 1-month contract to hire opportunity with the potential to extend and pays $20-21.50 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, professional, and service-oriented individual who enjoys varied administrative responsibilities and interacting with tenants. This position is well-suited for someone with strong communication skills, experience with invoice coding, and a proactive approach to office coordination. The team values reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage daily tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Field tenant requests and ensure timely communication and follow-up
• Code invoices accurately and maintain filing systems
• Pick up and distribute daily mail; draft and circulate memos
• Support general office administration and assist team members with routine tasks
• Communicate effectively via email and contribute to a smooth office workflow
