    • Detailed Job Description : Cooks / Prep Cooks

  • Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
  • Communicates effectively and clearly
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
  • Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
  • Complies with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
  • Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assists in line service, maintenance, cleanliness and / or other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for Opening, Closing and on-going cleanliness.
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
  • ? Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
