Promotional Events Assistant – Entry Level

Are you a motivated, outgoing individual looking to launch a career in marketing, promotions, retail, or event management ?

We are expanding our regional event portfolio and seeking self-motivated Promotional Events Assistants to help grow clients’ presence, execute impactful marketing events, and gain hands-on experience in retail, sales, and event marketing .

This is an entry-level opportunity and a crucial role within our Promotions Team , reporting directly to management.

Recent graduates, career changers, and ambitious self-starters are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Promotions Team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional strategies for each event.
• Manage event logistics , including setup, visual merchandising, inventory control, and breakdown.
• Track, process, and report event sales and performance metrics .
• Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and on-site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as a lead member of the event staff , mentoring and guiding interns and new associates.
• Scout for local talent to support event and promotional initiatives.
