Dispatch field technicians based on their strengths and the nature of the jobEnsure techs are provided with all necessary job informationAssign one call at a time , and debrief after each service call before dispatching the nextTrack technician activity through “time stamps” for dispatch, arrival, and job completionVerify and manage timecards and technician recordsCommunicate with customers before dispatch to confirm their availability and payment methodInput service leads and relay them to system specialists when neededOrganize and maintain the on-call schedule for techniciansCreate weekly written reports to the Service Manager summarizing interactions with techsProvide a tally sheet report weekly to the Sales ManagerReview technician performance weekly with managementTake ownership of workflow, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth day-to-day operationPerform other duties as assignedBenefits We Offer :
