Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist - Software (Mountain View)

Job Description

This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the Mountain View, California location three times per week, at minimum.

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support the Software space and will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team by optimizing and streamlining recruiting processes, tools, and systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of the recruiting function and provides data-driven insights to improve efficiency and the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence in tech recruiting, offer data-driven insights, and drive process improvements that elevate the experience for recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams alike.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition, with strong exposure to technical recruiting
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for reporting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
