City Manager Position

Become City Manager and shape the growth in exciting cities. Gain early leadership experience, work strategically and continue to develop in a dynamic environment with attractive compensation and great career opportunities.

With minimal time commitment of 510 hours per week, you will manage 3050 beauty studios and receive attractive commissions from day one.

We are already active in 75 cities and want to strengthen our local expansion with you.

Our central support from Berlin and Cologne allows you to work flexibly and independently, while we provide you with existing studios and potential new clients directly.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING IN :

  • BERLIN
  • MNCHEN

  • DSSELDORF

Tasks

  • Management of an existing customer base
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cosmetic studios and doctors
  • Acquisition of new studios through targeted introductions and on-site presence
  • Organization and scaling of studios in your city
  • Close cooperation with our central team

    • Qualification

  • Sales experience
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and goal orientation
  • Residence in a large city or metropolitan area
