Job Summary :
We are recruiting for a unique genetic counselor opportunity! This position incorporates the Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) along with clinical and research opportunities. This is an on-site, full time position. Remote employment will not be considered at this time.
Licensed Genetic Counselors with work experience in the areas of medical genetics and genetic counseling. Work as leaders of health care and research teams, providing information and support to families, individuals considering genetic testing, and to individuals participating or considering participating in research. Develop and manage research projects and clinical programs related to the field of medical genetics, genetic testing, genetic counseling, and bioethics.
This posting reflects an opening for a Genetic Counselor I and we are seeking candidates for that position. Geisinger reserves the right to consider applicants for higher levels of this role to include a Genetic Counselor II and Genetic Counselor Senior based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
