Senior Director, Gtm Data Process & Transformation
The Red Hat Global Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Incentives & Data Analytics team is seeking a Senior Director, GTM Data Process & Transformation to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental to enabling high quality data to manage the Sales Cadence, Quota Process Transformation, with a strong focus on data governance, end-to-end data process documentation, and control frameworks to drive transformation in the business to support simplification and increase automation.
A critical element of the role will be ensuring that handoffs between people and systems are clearly defined, end-to-end processes are well-documented, and tightly governed, reducing risk and strengthening data accuracy, security, and compliance. The Senior Director will also lead efforts to design systems and processes that can stand up to internal and external audits, serving as a key representative during audit activities and ensuring transparency, accountability, and confidence in Red Hat's GTM data practices.
This leader will partner across GTM Strategy, Finance, Operations and IT teams to build a data process framework and governance that will improve operational efficiency, enhance trust in our data, support business growth, and enable strategic innovation. This is foundationally critical work to run the business and to enable a successful AI adoption strategy.

What you will bring :
The salary range for this position is $231,820.00 - $394,210.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and / or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
