We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and logistics of multiple solar installation crews. As a key member of our operations team, you'll ensure projects are staffed, resourced, and executed on timedelivering high-quality solar installations that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in scheduling, logistics, and team management, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple solar installation crews, including staffing, scheduling, materials management, and customer coordination.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure each project is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Track and analyze workforce performance, hours, quality, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Anticipate and resolve delays or bottlenecks by adjusting schedules, reallocating resources, and communicating changes quickly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job schedules using Excel, Salesforce CRM, and other internal tools.
• Provide clear communication and updates to employees, subcontractors, and corporate leadership on project status.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports, including progress updates, operating metrics, and recommendations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction within installation crews.
