Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will assist Amp Up in creating the best experience possible for our guests and a great place to work for our team. The Assistant Manager will assist management in helping run day-to-day operations and coaching direct and indirect reports.
This position has future growth potential.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous management and training experience with part-time staff
- Consistent and approachable personality
- Organization, follow-up and multitasking skills are a must
- Eagerness to grow within the team
- Experience with cash handling
- Previous experience with corporate events and birthday parties a plus
- First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A minimum of two years of management experience in a related field is preferred
- 21+ years of age preferred
- Above all this position requires a "fun fueled" spirit and a dedicated team player
Job Responsibilities Include :
Share in Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities, including opening and closing the facility and directing crew membersTrain and coach crew members, including activity, maintenance, pit and cashier crewEnsure the safety, cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilityBe a champion of point of sale software and reportingHelp maintain company policies and procedures in all aspects of the businessFacility management, support all of Amp Up's activities and eventsPerform the functions of crew members when necessaryEnsure all inspections are completed and submitted as requiredOversee general facility, track and equipment maintenance and repairDirect responsibility to ensure every crew member wears a smileOther management duties as assignedNecessary Skills :
