About the Position

A Federally Qualified Health Center in northern Louisiana is seeking a General Dentist to join their team due to continued growth. Both experienced dentists and new graduates will be considered. The position is based in Ruston, LA—a vibrant college town, home to Louisiana Tech University, with a mix of small-town charm and easy access to larger metro areas like Shreveport and Monroe. Ruston is known for its friendly community, outdoor recreation, and annual Peach Festival.

Clinic Details :

• Location : Ruston, LA
• Schedule : Tuesday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (no Saturdays)
• Team Structure : Work alongside 1 Dentist, 3–4 Assistants, and 1–2 Hygienists
• Facility : 7 Operatories
• Patient Load : ~250 patients / month
• Payor Mix : ~65% Medicaid, 8% Medicare, 20% Private Insurance, 8% Sliding Fee Scale
