AI / ML Engineer

Position : AI / ML Engineer

Location : Minneapolis, MN / Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning solutions using ML, NLP, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, RAG, and Azure OpenAI Service to improve healthcare and digital experiences.

Apply advanced statistical, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to extract insights and optimize AI-driven healthcare applications.

Lead the entire AI lifecycle-from ideation and rapid prototyping to testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, robust AI systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to gather requirements, refine technical approaches, and deliver impactful AI solutions.

Stay updated on the latest AI / ML advancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions for complex healthcare challenges.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Demonstrate expertise with Generative AI frameworks, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), and RAG pipelines, translating research into production-ready solutions.

Incorporate ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency considerations during model development.

Quickly adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, operating effectively in evolving or ambiguous project scopes.

Proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow for implementing, testing, and optimizing AI models.
