Property & Casualty Sales Agent

A company is looking for an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads for insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders

Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required

Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Proficiency in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
