We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sulphur LA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing, carpentry and General Maintenance at our apartment complexes.
## Duties
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics
- Service and repair refrigeration systems
- Build, install, and maintain HVAC systems
- Conduct air conditioning system installations and maintenance
- Provide property maintenance services related to HVAC systems
- Work on HVAC / R systems including troubleshooting and repairs
- Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits
- Apply mechanical skills to diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
- Perform appliance repair tasks as needed
