Labor and Employment Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of employment litigation, from case intake to resolution
- Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related submissions.
- Conduct early case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management.
Labor and Employment Qualifications :
Minimum 6 years of employment law experience, including litigation and administrative charge defense.Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.Labor and Employment Benefits :
