Manufacturing Associate - Springfield, OH

Pay : $19.50 / hour

Shift : 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

In this role, you will accurately locate, identify, and move materials for storage and retrieval using a scanner while safely operating manufacturing and material-handling equipment. You'll be responsible for scanning, labeling, and processing necessary paperwork, as well as loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipments. Additional duties include tagging, banding, and packaging materials for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working cooperatively with team members and customers. You'll also perform other tasks as assigned to support production goals while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and production orders.
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills (pre-employment test required).
• Able to distinguish colors.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks such as standing, climbing, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
