Project Manager
We design, install, and maintain advanced electrical systems. Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems. The Project Manager reports directly to the Director and VP. This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Project Manager is to learn through on-the-job experience, peer-to-peer engagement, and technical training.

Essential duties and responsibilities include ensuring all company, client, and project policies / procedures are followed, generating estimates, preparing and reviewing project proposals or plans, overseeing the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision, creating, managing and following change management forms and methods of procedure, understanding preventive maintenance and NFPA 70B, actively interfacing with the customer, planning, coordinating, and / or managing activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned project(s), generating billings and leading the collections process, frequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, building long-term relationships with both clients and fellow employees, offering innovative solutions, providing consistent feedback and reports, managing project review process, providing advice, guidance, mentoring, and direction to team and other junior personnel, responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge, proactively leading the team job site safety, and actively participating in industry events and community engagement activities.
Qualifications include electrical maintenance project management experience, understanding of NFPA 70B and NFPA 70E, understanding of electrical installations and preventative maintenance, good knowledge of how to read electrical and mechanical drawings, strong computer skills required, familiar with computer-based estimating, excellent verbal and written communication skills, must understand billing and collections, excellent organizational skills, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, 30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship, and preferred qualifications include a college degree, journeyman's license, or master electrician's license, five years or more of mission critical / data center or preventive maintenance project management or field experience, and experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project and on screen takeoff or ability to learn it quickly.
