Position Highlights :

• Outpatient Family Medicine – all ages
• OB optional – prenatal care only (no deliveries)
• 4-day work week
• Competitive base salary of $250,000 plus incentives
• 12–18 patients per day
• 6 weeks PTO annually + 6 paid holidays
• $5,000 annual CME stipend
• Employer-paid comprehensive benefits
• Annual 5% retention bonus
• Sign-on bonus up to $250,000
• Relocation assistance provided
