Description :

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Intensive Care Unit.

The position requires a 3x12 hour shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM.

Every other weekend commitment is necessary, totaling two weekends per month.

Requests for time off are limited to a maximum of five days, with no more than two consecutive days off.

No time off is permitted on holidays or on weekends.

The clinician may need to float to various Intensive Care Unit settings.

Potential floating to medical-surgical units may be required as staffing needs arise.

The first week will involve orientation and precepting shifts on day shift.

Clinicians must adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Candidates must provide proof of vaccinations one week prior to the start date.

Local candidates are preferred and must reside within a specified distance from the facility.

All time-off requests and floating policies must comply with the established guidelines.

This role involves critical care nursing responsibilities and patient management.
