You will also supervise nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care in accordance with established policies. You will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to uphold nursing standards and effectively manage patient care resources.\n\nThis position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you will be expected to be a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.\n\nQualifications : \n\nEducation : \nRequired : Graduation from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing.\nPreferred : A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.\n\nCertifications : \nRequired : Current licensure and certification to practice nursing as per state regulations and CPR certification.\n\nNote : Tenet complies with federal, state, and local vaccination laws.
