Ware Landscaping and Snow Removal , a growing family-owned and operated company in Naperville, IL, servicing the DuPage County area, is seeking a dedicated full-time Landscape Labor Crew Member to join our team.

You can earn between $850 - $1,200 per week , with overtime pay and benefits provided, including paid time off and uniforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR LANDSCAPE LABOR CREW MEMBER :

You will be expected to work overtime for any hours exceeding 40 per week, following a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays. Your typical hours will be from 6 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Please note that during certain seasons, hours may vary based on weather conditions and workload.

Every day, you step into a role where you tackle a variety of projects that transform outdoor spaces. You perform essential tasks like lawn maintenance services, landscaping, and drainage services. You'll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, from sunny days to chilly mornings, performing a diverse range of tasks related to landscaping, drainage installation, hardscaping, and seasonal snow removal. You are a key player in ensuring that every project is completed with a high level of quality, making a noticeable difference in every space you touch.
