Shop Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate daily shop operations with a team of skilled mechanics.
• Perform and oversee maintenance on diesel engines and tractor trailers.
• Ensure drivers receive top-tier service and support
• Monitor shop performance and help us hit our operational goals.

Shop Manager Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel and trailer repair.

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL A license (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.
• Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Shop Manager compensation is based on experience

• Pay range varies from $26.00-$30.00 and up depending on experience
