Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounting receivables and incoming payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies

Prepare and review invoices for accuracy, monitor accounts receivable, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage accounts and improve billing processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections functions

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience

Thorough knowledge of billing transactions and processes

Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and NetSuite

Ability to utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
