Recruiter
We're hiring our first in-house Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, go-to-market, and operations. You'll be both a strategic partner and a hands-on sourcer, building pipelines, closing top talent, and shaping the processes that will scale our team from 30 to 50+ people. In this role, you'll shape our talent narrative, design scalable processes, and build a brand that consistently attracts top performers.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation across all functions and roles.
Sourcing & Engagement
Actively source top talent through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Candidate Experience & Talent Brand
Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that reinforces our values even for those we don't hire.
Process & Systems Building
Initially focus on sourcing and closing; evolve into building scalable processes, tools, and metrics to reduce reliance on external sources
