J&R Schugel is Now Hiring CDL-A Company Drivers!

\nEarn $0.595 - $0.71 CPM

  • $500 Onboarding Bonus

CDL-A Company Driver Pay & Miles :

\n\n \n\t

  • Dry Van Drivers earn : $0.595 - $0.68 CPM

    • \n\t

  • Refrigerated Drivers earn : $0.625 – $0.71 CPM

    • \n\t

  • Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM

    • \n\t

  • CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week

    • \n\t

  • $500 onboarding bonus
  • $1,000 vacation pay

    • \n\t

  • Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver

    • \n\t

  • Detention, layover & stop pay

    • \n \n\n

    Requirements : \nDry Van :

    \n\n \n\t

  • Valid CDL-A, 21+

    • \n\t

  • 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years

    • \n\t

  • Safe driving record

    • \n \n\n

    Refrigerated : \n\n \n\t

  • Valid CDL-A, 21+

    • \n\t

  • At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required

    • \n\t

  • Refrigerated experience

    • \n\t

  • Safe driving record
