Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development & Data Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role blends full-stack development with data engineering responsibilities, supporting both application development and data-driven solutions for business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and .NET, and will contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Proficiency in .NET development (C# preferred), including integration with databases.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and relational database design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $72,100.00 – $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
