Cedar Mountain Commons is a not-for-profit independent and assisted living retirement community, where residents are able to maintain their independence while living in the safety and comfort of a service-rich environment. We are a compassionate, highly trained and certified staff which aims to provide residents with the care they need at the standards they expect.

Provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintains expectations of resident and family with satisfactory results and implements high quality services in a positive customer service focused manner. Reports to the manager / director.

Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws off the state of Connecticut Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public.

Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
