Litigation Attorney Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of commercial and real estate litigation matters with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and some trial work as needed.
  • Provide clear, fact-based legal advice to clients throughout all stages of litigation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Litigation Attorney Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado (California license a plus).
  • 4–10 years of active litigation experience in commercial and / or real estate matters in Colorado state courts.
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and execute strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Competitive salary range : $150,000–$170,000, plus annual bonus potential of $12,000–$35,000.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (employer contributes to premiums).
