What You'll Do :

• Ensuring appropriate staffing coverage across departments
• Identifying and communicating office service improvement needs
• Assisting with implementation of approved recommendations
• Providing weekly updates to staff and leadership
• Coordinating orientation and technical training for new business office team members
• Supporting marketing efforts such as distributing promotional materials, coordinating outreach events, and assisting with internal communications
