Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives selling cloud solutions
Orchestrate internal teams to manage complex sales cycles effectively
Coach and mentor a field sales team to achieve sales goals and position the company as a preferred cloud partner
Required Qualifications
2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with a focus on new business acquisition
10+ years of experience as a field sales representative
Experience in selling cloud / SaaS / ERP solutions
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
